The Board of Directors, appointed by the Shareholders Meeting on 14th December 2017 and took office on 21st February 2018, will remain in office until the date of approval of the Financial Statements to 31st December 2020.

Marco Corti – Chairman and CEO

After graduating as an electronic engineer, in 1988 he was hired by his father in the family company Co.stamp S.n.c., at the time composed of 8 people and with a revenue of 400 million lire. In 1996 he was appointed Managing Director of Costamp s.r.l, and in 2004 through management buy-out he became the majority shareholder of the company. In 2018, as CEO, ho brought Costamp Group S.p.A on AIM Italia, which was a group composed of 5 companies and with a turnover of 59 million euro, through a 'reverse takeover' operation with Brambilla S.p.A

Aldo Alessandro CortiDirector

He joined the Costamp family business in 1990, covering different roles and carrying out different tasks until 1998. Holds the position of head of mould quality control from 1998 to 2007 and of die-cast quality control from 2007 to 2011. In 2003, he made an important contribution to obtaining ISO 9001 certification, and later ISO / TS (2011) with an update in IATF. From 2004 to 2014 participates in the development and management of the foundry project and following the development and management of the project processing and finishing of die-cast details.

Davide CortiDirector

After an important training period (from 1997 to 2008) in a service company where he served as accounting officer, assistant chief accountant, Chief Accounting Officer and Administrative Officer is recruited in Co.stamp s.r.l. in September 2008 as Administrative Manager, entrusting him with the task of reorganizing the office itself. Over the years, thanks to his experience and developed knowledge, he has been appointed C.F.O..

Cesare Carbonchi - Director
He works as a financial advisor in M&A operations, corporate valuations, extraordinary finance and capital transactions, strategic planning, business crisis recovery plans, international industrial partnerships. He has carried out over 70 operations and collaborated in over 200 projects. He has been a personal entrepreneur and venture capital investor in innovative service companies: in the media and internet sectors with Crosscom in Milan, in the management software with Lynx Automotive of Rome and in the clinical engineering with Hospital Consulting of Florence, today of the Austrian group vamed. Previously he worked for 12 years as Investment banker in Italy, London and New York at Citibank and JP Morgan and as equity manager at BPM merchant bank. Graduated in Bocconi in Theory and Monetary Policy with Mario Monti, has been a business teacher in several banking groups and tutor in Banking & Financial Diploma Abiformazione, is a Doctor of Accounting and Legal Auditor, Member of the Board of Directors in SMEs, works with university Masters. Promotes the financial culture of integrity through Assoetica. He has been advising Costamp since 2012 and is in charge of the Group’s Corporate Development.

Mario Pagani - Independent Director of Administration
Since 1987 he has been consulting, first in Andersen Consulting, as manager in the ERP project area until 1992 and then in Roland Berger & Partners Milan, as manager until 1996. Since 1996 he joined the Media sector, first in IBM Global Services as the principal in the Media sector for the Southern Europe region and then, since 1999, in Ernst & Young where he holds the position of Vice President in the Media South Europe sector. From 2006 to 2014 he served as Junior Vice President in EDS-AT Kearney in Milan. The industrial sectors of competence of Ing. Pagani are Utility, Media (publishing, Internet and New Media, TV), the mechanical industry (cars and components), the process industry (steel, glass), as well as defense and aerospace.

Giacomo Maria MolteniDirector

After important training experiences (from 1986 to 1997) as a die-casting designer, at Formenti and Giovenzana companies, as well as Arturo Salice s.p.a. was recruited in 1997 by Effeci2 as Chief Technical Officer, This will continue until 2002. In fact, in the same year he was hired by Costamp srl, which first entrusted him with the control system to obtain ISO 9001 certification, the development of the company management system, subsequently as project manager the management of strategic contracts and finally as technical manager the management of the entire technical department. Over the years, thanks to his experience and knowledge, he has been assigned the post of C.O.O., focused on coordination and definition of priorities and operating modalities.


The Board of Statutory Auditors was appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 29th June 2018 and will remain in office until the Financial Statement to 31st December 2020 is approved.

The task of statutory audit was conferred on 28th April 2017 to PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A. until the date of the meeting convened for the approval of the financial statements at 31st December 2019.
